Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. Following cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be unworn or unused, with tags intact.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Your Item

• The cost of returning an item to our warehouse is your responsibility.
• Ensure your parcel is sent with track & trace to the return address. Note that the return address may be abroad.
• Contact us at info@valoistre.nl to notify us of your return and to receive further instructions.

Processing Your Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original state and packaging.

• Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund the order amount within 14 days of your notification.
